What is wheelchair access like?

Access in and around our apartments is very good. However, so we can give you the best possible experience please notify us if you or any of your party has any additional requirements as two of our apartments have two steps in the corridor approaching them.

Please be aware that in the event of an emergency or serious incident our guests would need to be able to use the emergency routes including stairs.

Can I bring in my mobility scooter?

Yes, if you have a lightweight/foldable scooter as theses can fit through most doors and could be stored in your room. 
Please be aware that in the event of an emergency or serious incident our guests would need to be able to use the emergency routes including stairs. 

Can I store my bicycle on the premises?

We do not have facilities to store guest possessions

What is pushchair access like?

I struggle with mobility what is the access like?

Do we accept same sex groups?

Yes, we do always ask our guests to be respectful and keep any noise to a minimum.

Do we accept dogs?

Pets are not allowed in The Salisbury or any communal areas of the premises.
Please refer to the ‘Rental Agreement’ on our website regarding for further details. 
(# assistance dogs are accepted. Please notify us at the time of booking)

Can I request an apartment on a lower floor?

Yes, you can. Please inform us when you are booking although we cannot guarantee this, we will endeavour to meet your needs. We do not have any ground floor accommodation.
