Can we check in early?
We can only provide early check in for our guests who have booked a Deluxe Apartment. All other check ins are from 15.00. You can arrange to leave your luggage with;

We can only provide later check outs for our guests who have booked our Deluxe Apartments all other check outs are by 10.00am. You can arrange to leave your luggage with;

What is the latest check in time?
We prefer our guests to check in by 22.00 so as not to disturb other guests in the premises. We will have provided you with access to codes to the building and your apartment prior to your arrival. If you need to check in after 22.00, please be respectful to other guests and keep noise to a minimum.

What times are your reception desk open?
The Salisbury is serviced accommodation. Therefore we do not have a reception desk.
You will receive notification of how to enter the building and your apartment prior to your arrival.
We intend your stay to be as hassle free as possible. Please take your time to look at our website where we have provided as much information as possible for you.

Why do I have to 'Check in' online?
So we can deliver all our guest communications in the simplest format we ask all guests to 'check in' after they have booked with us.
We need your email and phone number so we can directly you the front door and apartment codes. We also want to know a few simple things such as how the bedrooms need setting, if you need extras such as cots or high chairs. Once you have 'checked in' you will get access to our 'Guest App' which has lots of information about The Salisbury and things you can do out and about in Scarborough
(On same day bookings we can not guarantee that we can supply cots, high chairs or configure twin bed requests in the two bedroom apartments)

Outside your apartment there is a small lock box with the apartment keys. You need the access code so you can open it. We will provide you with a unique code to enter into a key pad to enter the front door.

If I 'check in' online can I still cancel my booking
Doing the online check in does not affect the 'booking conditions' you have with us in any way.
